The Secretary General of the Drama Therapy Association of Iran, referring to the holding of a video conference of the World Drama Therapy Association and explaining the issues raised in it, announced the opening of two new drama therapy centers in Iran.
Majid Amraei, General Secretary of the Iranian Drama Therapy Association, told Mehr about the World Drama Therapy Association's plan to hold the World Drama Therapy Week in the context of the Corona virus outbreak: July 29, 2020, was attended by representatives from 15 countries. In this meeting, after presenting the reports of the founding members of the union, including Iran, the acute coronary conditions and the condition of the drama therapy centers were discussed.
He said that the World Drama Therapy Association was established with 10 members, including Iran, and currently continues its activities with 60 members, adding: In this meeting, with the introduction of representatives of Japan, Kenya and Taiwan, the number of members of the World Drama Therapy Association to 60 countries Receipt.
Amraei continued his speech: "Also in this meeting, the solutions of dramatherapists to face the new coronary condition and distance learning trainings in digital drama were discussed and the issue of digital drama therapy was considered and examined." In this meeting, which was set up by videoconference method, a report on the activities of the Iranian Drama Therapy Association, workshops, provincial agencies and virtual methods of drama therapy training was presented.
The founding member of the World Drama Therapy Association said about the time of holding the World Drama Therapy Week this year: with the approval of the members, it was decided that the World Drama Therapy Week will be held from October 18 to 25, 2020, coinciding with mehr 27 to Aban 4 ,1399
In the end, the General Secretary of the Iranian Drama Therapy Association reminded about the activities of this association in the country: "We are preparing for and planning to hold the World Drama Therapy Week in Iran, while we are going to open two new centers in East Azerbaijan and Mazandaran." If the conditions were right, the opening would be in person and otherwise via video conference.
